Orders & Deliveries

Ordering

The Wallpaper Atelier offers natural grasscloth wallcoverings by the roll, with samples available to assist with colour and texture selection.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. As grasscloth is a natural wallcovering, we recommend ordering the full quantity required for your project at the same time to help ensure the best possible consistency across rolls.

Before placing an order, please ensure quantities have been carefully calculated with your installer or designer. Natural grasscloth is not pattern matched, and additional material should be allowed for trimming, wastage and site conditions.

Samples

Samples are intended as a guide to colour, texture and weave. As grasscloth is made from natural fibres, variation between samples and full rolls should be expected.

We recommend viewing samples in the intended space and under different lighting conditions before making your final selection.

Delivery

Our stocked collection is held in Melbourne and dispatched from our local warehouse.

Sample orders and roll orders are packed carefully for delivery. Delivery timeframes will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

For roll orders, freight is calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the order. Larger orders may be packed together where practical to reduce handling and improve delivery efficiency.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and notify us promptly if there are any concerns with the packaging or goods received.

Wallpaper should be checked before installation. Once wallcovering has been cut or installed, it may be difficult to assess or resolve delivery-related concerns.

Important Note

Grasscloth is a natural product. Tonal variation, panel-to-panel variation and visible seams are inherent characteristics of this wallcovering and are not considered faults.

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Please ensure your installer reviews the product prior to hanging and stops after the first three drops if any concerns arise.
